(I) Returns & Refund Policy

All sales are final! 

  • Absolutely no cancellations, no exchanges, no returns, and no refunds! 

  • Sales are considered final once your order has been placed.

  • We will not be held liable for any damage/loss once your order has been shipped. 

All our items are made from natural materials, so please be reminded that some discoloration or marks on our products are normal. Please also allow 1-2cm size difference since our bags are handmade.

Please also note that color, shade, lighting, and reflections will display differently on each monitor or handheld device compared to our actual products.

Each item will be inspected, and a photo of your order will be sent to you (through email) for your approval before shipment

(II) Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Schedule 

Via Ninjavan 

Below are estimated time frames from date of courier pickup: 

  • Within Metro Manila - 2-3 working days via NinjaVan

  • Domestic - 3- 7 days via Ninjavan 

 

Delivery Fee:

Via Ninjavan

  • Metro Manila - P80

  • Domestic - P180

(III) Product Care

For Jute Tote Bags:

  • Hand wash only, but if the stain is minimal, spot cleaning is preferred (use 2 parts water, 1 part mild soap) 

  • Fabric pocket can be ironed using lowest setting.
